Classic Wedding Punch

Ingredients

one 11.5-ounce container frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, thawed
one 6-ounce container frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1-1/2 cups (12 ounces) ginger ale
one 750-milliliter bottle champagne or sparkling wine
2 cups bottled sparkling water
Garnish: Fruited Ice Ring (optional)

Directions

1. Combine the fruit concentrate, ginger ale, Champagne, and sparkling water in a large punch bowl, stirring gently. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately in punch cups or Champagne flutes.
