Crepes (Blintzes)

Ingredients

Crepes:
butter
1 1/2 C Milk
2/3 C Flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs

Blintzes:
8 oz creamed cottage cheese
pck Cream Cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp butter
Berries to top
sour cream to top

Directions

In medium bowl with wire whisk, beat t Tbsp butter and remaining crepe ingredients until smooth. Cover; Chill 2 hours.

Make crepes.

Melt 2 Tbsp butter and put on bottom of cookie sheet. Mix blintz filling (first 4 ingredients) and place dollop in each crepe and fold and place on prepared cookie sheet.

Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 10 minutes.

Served topped with fruit and sour cream.
