Rosemary lamb burgers


800 gram lamb mince
2tsp chopped rosemary leaves
4tbsp Dijon mustard
2tbsp honey
1cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 egg yolk
sea salt and cracked pepper
olive oil, for brushing
4 pieces of Turkish bread halved
1 Lebanese cucumber sliced
2tbsp torn mint leaves
80 gram rocket


Place lamb, Rosemary,mustard,honey,breadcrumbs,egg yolk, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine. Shape into 4 large patties and brush with oil. Pre heat a char-grill pan or bar beau to medium and cook patties for 5-8 mins each side and cook to your liking. Place bread on BBQ and toast. Spread 2 slices with taziki and top with cucumber, mint,lamb patties, rocket and remaining toast
