3/4 cup SR flour
2tsp caster sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup Milk
Plus alteration ingredient
1 piece of butter cut into 6 pieces

Fruit, dairy, sauce and decoration as ordered


1. Mix together flour and sugar in a medium bowl. Add dry alteration here
2. Mix the egg and milk in the measuring jug. Add any wet alteration ingredient here.
3. Make a well in the centre of the flour and add in the egg and milk, stirring until smooth.
4. Heat 1tsp of butter in the fry pan. Pour in some batter. Cook until bubbles appear on the top, then turn over. Repeat until all the batter has been cooked.
5. Assemble your pancakes as planned. Present for marking.
