Sawyer's Veggie Frittata

Ingredients

97 grams of bell pepper
2tsp fresh garlic
85g of spinach
106 grams of onion
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese ( 1 cup for mixture and 1 cup for on top after baking)
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk ( I used fair life)
2tbs Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

1. Pre heat oven to 350, Chop all veggies (Bell pepper, onion and spinach)
2. Mix eggs, heavy cream and milk in a container.
3. Combine veggies and wet egg mixture and mix together.
4. Spray you pan( Avocado oil)
5. Bake in oven for 35mins covered.
6. Take out and add second cup of cheese and bake for additional 10 mins.
