Beyond Buffalo Italian Herb Wings
Ingredients5 lbs Chicken Wings
DirectionsBake Wings instead of Frying them
Toss wings with 1 teaspoon baking powder and one teaspoon salt per pound of wings and let sit refrigerated over night
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Bake wings for 45 minutes turning over once.
For extra crispy wings broil in both sides for the last few minutes
Toss with Italian Herb mixture of Garlic Powder, thyme, Oregano, Basil, Parmesan, Black Pepper and Olive Oil.
