Ingredients A
200 gram minced muscle pork
30 gram pickled lettuce
1 tsp freshly squeezed ginger
3/4 tsp finely grind white pepper
1 tsp corn flour
2 tsp cooking oil
1 egg
4 tbsp light soy sauce
100 ml water

Ingredients B
2 eggs
100 ml water


1. Mix ingredients A (adding water last) and spread evenly onto 20 cm steel or porcelain dish.
2. Beat eggs of ingredients B then add water and mix.
3. Sieve ingredients B onto surface of ingredient A mixture.
4. Steam in steamer for 15 minutes.
